1. Campfire Cinnamon Apple Nachos

Sweet, crunchy, and built for sharing.

Ingredients:

  • 2 apples, thinly sliced

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional, to prevent browning)

  • 2 tbsp nut butter (peanut, almond, or sunflower)

  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • Optional toppings: granola, mini chocolate chips, crushed nuts

Instructions:

  1. Toss sliced apples with lemon juice.

  2. Lay on a plate or foil sheet.

  3. Drizzle with nut butter, then honey.

  4. Sprinkle cinnamon and your favorite toppings.

  5. Enjoy fresh or warm over the fire in foil for 5–10 min.

2. No-Bake S’mores Energy Bites

A fire-free twist on the camp classic.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers

  • 1/3 cup nut butter

  • 1/4 cup honey or syrup

  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips

  • 1/3 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Chill in cooler or fridge for 15–30 minutes.

  3. Roll into bite-size balls.

  4. Store in airtight container and enjoy as a grab-and-go treat.

3. Grilled Banana Boats

A classic surf-camp dessert. Gooey, fire-roasted, and totally customizable.

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana per person

  • Mini chocolate chips

  • Mini marshmallows

  • Crushed graham crackers or cookies

  • Foil for wrapping

Instructions:

  1. Slice each banana lengthwise (don’t cut all the way through).

  2. Stuff with marshmallows and chocolate chips.

  3. Wrap tightly in foil.

  4. Grill over campfire coals for 5–8 minutes.

  5. Open carefully, sprinkle with crushed grahams, and dig in!
